Booking Procedure

Step 1 - Advance of USD 5000 + 5% GST + 5% TCS together with a copy of your passport and Pan Card, 120 days before the tour departure date.

Step 2 - 1st Instalment of USD 5000 + 5% GST+ 5% TCS per person to be paid 90 days before the tour departure date.

Step 3 - Balance USD payment + GST 5% + 5% TCS to be paid 60 days before the tour departure date.

Cancellation Policies

Under any circumstances other than government or flight restrictions, the following charges will be considered as a cancellation fee.

120 – 90 days before the tour departure date, 75% of the advance amount.

89 - 60 days before the tour departure / before the issuance of the visa, 100% of the advance + 50% of the 1st Instalment.

59 days until tour departure 100% of the total tour cost.

  • Arrive in Bogota

    With your transatlantic flight, you will land in Bogota, and after the immigration formalities proceed to the hotel for the overnight stay.

  • Bogota

    We will begin our day with a visit to the Plaza Bolivar the oldest square in town. Later, enjoy an oriental tour of the Grand Colonial-era buildings of this town, with the mountains in the backdrop.

  • Bogota – Salento – Coffee Region

    After a short flight from Bogota, we will be transferred to the coffee-growing region of Colombia. The country produces 1/3rd of the total coffee in the world and a visit to this region will bring you closer to the countryside. Salento is a quaint little town with cobbled streets and we will spend the evening walking around. Tejo is the national sport of Colombia and a visit to the local Tejo Hall is an interesting activity to do. Dinner would be the classic dish of Trout with cheese sauce.

  • Salento – Coffee Estancia

    Our drive will take you deep into the coffee region where the night stay is planned in a local coffee estancia. Observe the unspoiled greenery of the surroundings as we learn more about the coffee plantations of the region. The food throughout the day would be very local.

  • Coffee Estancia – Medellin

    Today will be a long drive so we will start early as we head towards the city of Medellin. In the late 80’s and early 90’s this used to be the drug capital of Colombia, but today it has gained the title of the most well kept town in Colombia. You will have a free evening where we will visit some of the local bars, and food joints to catch the cities flavor.

    This is one of the most exciting cities in Colombia with its architecture and culture. We will spend the day exploring the city.

  • Medellin – Bogota – Quito

    Our flight will take us first to Bogota where we will change into an International flight to fly to Quito, the capital of Ecuador. At nearly 10000 ft above MSL, the city is the second-highest capital city in the world. Quito is situated on the eastern slopes of the Pichincha Volcano situated in the Andes. We will arrive and check-in for an overnight stay.

    Enjoy the sights of Quito with its unique location among the Andes Mountains. We will visit the sight where the equator passes dividing the planet into northern and southern hemispheres.

  • Quito – Day trips

    Today will be devoted in exploring the Andean scenery surrounding Quito.

  • Quito – Galapagos Islands

    The day to fly to the islands will take you across Guayaqil where we will make a stop and then proceed on the next flight to the islands. The Galapagos are known for their rich marine life and for the next four days you will explore its natural wonders. Tonight will be in a hotel.

  • Galapagos Cruise

    We will get on the cruise for an island-hopping adventure. The crew will brief you about various activities to be enjoyed on your different landings throughout the next 3 days.
