Booking Procedure

Step 1 - Advance of INR 60000 + EUR 600 + 5% GST + 5% TCS together with a copy of your passport and Pan Card, at the time of booking.
Step 2 - 1st instalment of EUR 1000, 90 days before the tour departure date.
Step 3 - The balance payment of INR and EUR + 5% GST + 5% TCS along with the visa fee has to be paid at least 45 days before the tour departure. **Tour cost is subject to change at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

Under any other circumstances other than government or flight restrictions, the following charges will be considered as a cancellation fee.
90 - 60 days before the tour departure / before the issuance of the visa, 100% of the Advance and first instalment.
59 – 45 days before the tour departure / after the issuance of the visa, 50 % of the tour cost.
Less than 45 days until tour departure 100% of the total tour cost.

Visa Note:
Our management team will do its best to ensure you acquire your visa in time, but we hold no responsibility if due to any unforeseen circumstances, your visa application gets rejected or is kept on hold till departure resulting in the cancellation of your tour. In this case:
The tour cost will be non-refundable and cancellation charges will be applicable.
Additional costs for re-application of visa and consulate visits outside Mumbai will be charged.
Additional costs will be charged for changes in the tour itinerary due to any visa issues.
Note for TCS:
In view of the recent announcement by the Government in the budget session 2023, a 20 % TCS fee will be charged on the actual tour cost for all outbound tourists commencing October onwards. The tourist can claim a tax credit for the paid TCS.
  • Mumbai – Casablanca - Rabat

    Arrive at the airport 3 hours before boarding the flight. We travel from Mumbai to Casablanca. Casablanca is the largest city in Morocco and the country's economic and business center.

  • Rabat - Chefchaouen

    We will arrive in Casablanca and further proceed to the Capital of the country Rabat to visit the entrance of the King's Palace, the Tombs of the previous Kings of Morocco, and see the unfinished Hassan Tower. Later visit the Kasbah of Oudaya. Overnight in Rabat.

  • Rabat - Chefchaouen

    After breakfast, we will travel to reach the blue town of CHEFCHAOUEN on the hills of the RIF Mountains and visit the narrow alleys of the medina of Chefchaouen

  • Chefchaouen – Ifrane

    Today we will have a long journey to reach the Switzerland of Morocco ‘Ifrane’; on the way, we will see the fertile plains and enjoy this scenic drive. The evening will be free to enjoy this small town of Ifrane. Overnight in Ifrane

  • Ifrane – Fes – Ifrane

    After breakfast, we drive to the spiritual capital of Morocco FES; we will visit the oldest and biggest medina of FES. Watch the seven magnificent gates of the king's palace and walk by the Jewish quarter next to the palace, drive on the hills to check the panoramic view of the medina. Today's lunch will be traditional Fes lunch inside a rustic restaurant inside the medina. In the evening, check in to your hotel in Ifrane. Overnight in Ifrane

  • Ifrane – Erfoud - Merzouga

    Today, depart to Erfoud via the mountains and the cedar woods of the middle Atlas Mountains. The scenery will change to green pastures and mountain slopes and later as we head to Merzouga the South Eastern Sahara will make its appearance. Stop in between for lunch. Later, continue to Erfoud via Errachidia and the Ziz valley dotted with palm trees, which are the source for the yearly date festival in Erfoud. In Erfoud, we will change to a 4x4 car to hit the desert road to arrive in Merzouga. Overnight in Merzouga.

  • Merzouga – Todgha – Ouarzazate

    Early in the morning, you can enjoy a camel ride (optional)to see the sunrise over the sands-dunes of Merzouga and to see the color change on the dunes as the sun comes up. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Visit the magnificent Todgha canyons where the rocks reach an altitude of 250 meters. Lunch at a restaurant near the Gorge. Continue to Ouarzazate via the road of the thousand Kasbahs and the Dades valley famous for its roses and the yearly Moussem (Rose Festival). Overnight in Ouarzazate.

  • Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakesh

    Once done with your breakfast, visit the Kasbah of Taourirt and then drive to Ait Benhaddou, the most spectacular fortress in the south of Morocco, which has served as decor for many films like Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia". Lunch at the terrace of the restaurant facing the Kasbah. Departures to Marrakech via the Tichka pass offer an impressive landscape in the heart of the Atlas mountain chain. Check in to the hotel in Marrakesh and enjoy free time enjoying the lively square of Marrakesh after dinner. Overnight in Marrakesh.

  • Marrakesh

    The entire day will be devoted to the visit of Marrakesh, the second oldest Imperial city, known as the pearl of the South. The city was founded by the Almoravides at the end of the 11th century. The historical sightseeing includes the Saadian tombs, the Bahia palace, the Koutoubia, and the Dar Si Saïd Museum. Afternoon, visit the souks and handicraft quarters displaying various items and the famous place Djemâa El Fna square where the open-air food market is the highlight. Overnight in Marrakesh.

  • Marrakesh – Essaouira

    After breakfast, we will depart from Marrakech to visit the beautiful beach town and the famous port of Essaouira, formerly known by its Old Portuguese name Mogador Essaouira is a citadel with a prestigious past. A cradle for artists of all kinds, Essaouira is also known for its fishing port and market. After lunch, you will enjoy the evening by yourself in this beautiful beach town. Overnight in Essaouira.

  • Essaouira – Casablanca

    Departure to Casablanca. We drive by the beautiful coast of the Atlantic Ocean passing by Safi. We stopped at Oualidia for lunch. Proceed to the city of Casablanca, the commercial capital of Morocco. Overnight in Casablanca.

  • Casablanca – Mumbai

    Today, we checked out from our hotel and transferred to the airport of Casablanca. The tour concludes.

  10. Applicant if Divorced then need Divorce paper’s copy and if Widow/Widower then spouse’s death certificate copy.
