Booking Procedure

Step 1: Blocking your seat

As this would be a small group of 12-14 pax, request you to block your seat by paying us a deposit amount of INR 50,000 per person + GST@5%, which will be 100% refundable till 120 days before the departure i.e. Up to January 03, 2019

Step 2: Advance Payment

In case, you have paid the initial payment on INR 50000 to block the seat. Then you need to pay INR 30000 + GST@5% on or before January 31, 2019

If you have not made the initial payment of INR 50000 to block the seat then you need to pay INR 80000 + GST @5% as advance payment on or before January 31, 2019

Step 3: Final Payment

Final payment of INR and the entire FOREX amount of USD 2500 to be paid on or before March 03, 2019.

Cancellation Policies
  • We do not believe in canceling the tour, however, if the tour is cancel due to any other unavoidable circumstances, a tourist-friendly refund policy will be adopted
  • Block your seat amount of INR 50000 will be fully refundable 120 days before departure i.e. before February 25, 2019
  • If you cancel the tour, following cancellation policy will be applicable:
  1. 50% of the Tour Cost will be charged if cancelled 70 days before tour departure
  2. 100% of the Tour Cost will be charged if cancelled 40 days before tour departure or after visa application.
• Anubhav Vacations holds no responsibility if your visa application is rejected or kept on hold till the time of departure, which results in your tour cancellation. In such case, 100% of Tour Cost will be non- refundable and total cancellation charges would be applicable.
• If because of Visa issues, if reapplication or visiting the consulate outside Mumbai is required, then the additional cost of the same will be charged.
• If any changes are required to be done to your regular tour itinerary due to visa issue, then the additional cost in such situation will be charged.
  • Mumbai – Johannesburg

    Depart for Johannesburg via Nairobi with Ethiopian Airways, on arrival check in to the hotel. Evening will be free to relax.

  • Johannesburg – Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

    Today you board your flight from Johannesburg for Victoria Falls. On arrival, we will be transferred to the hotel in the small town of Victoria Falls, in Zimbabwe. In the evening, we will enjoy the sunset cruise on the Zambezi River.

  • Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe

    After breakfast, depart on a guided tour of the falls, about two thirds of the Victoria Falls frontage is on the Zimbabwean side and most of the fall plunges down this section with the main falls and Devils Cataract being the deepest channels in the Zambezi River.

  • Livingstone - Panorama Route

    Today we will visit the famous Victoria Falls, in Zambia, which offers great close-ups and some spectacular vantage points. After the visit, you will board your flight from Livingstone for South Africa. One breathtaking view after another – that's South Africa's famous Panorama Route, where you will experience mountains, sky, forests and the truly impressive Blyde River Canyon, one of the world's largest canyons. Scenic landmarks with evocative names like God's Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes and the Three Rondawels beckon. Overnight at Panorama Route.

  • Panorama Route – Kruger National Park

    After leisurely breakfast, we will pass the beautiful scenic route on our way to the famous Kruger National Park, which is in northeastern South Africa. It is one of Africa’s largest game reserves. We will relax in the evening at our beautiful hotel and get ready for the full day of game drive next morning.

  • Kruger National Park

    Today we will enjoy the full day game drive in Kruger National Park, which has a high density of wild animals including the Big 5: Lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants and buffaloes. Hundreds of other mammals make their home here, as do diverse bird species such as vultures, eagles and storks. Mountains, bush plains and tropical forests are all part of the landscape making this Game Reserve very diverse in both Flora and Fauna.

  • Kruger National Park - Pretoria

    After a leisurely breakfast, we will pass the scenic route to reach Pretoria, the administrative capital of South Africa. We will visit the parliament building in Pretoria and a brief city tour would conclude our day. Overnight in Pretoria.

  • Pretoria – Johannesburg – Knyasna

    Today we will head to Johannesburg to board our flight for Port Elizabeth and head to Knysna, this small town is located along South Africa’s famed Garden Route in the Western Cape Province. The town is famous for its oyster festival, warm people and the most magnificent views from Leisure Isle to the Knysna Heads. Overnight in Knysna.

  • Knysna – Outdshroon – Knysna

    After breakfast, we will head for Oudtshoorn, the "ostrich capital of the world", is a town in the Western Cape Province of South Africa. The world's biggest bird is just one of the many attractions in this area of exceptional contrasts and natural beauty. Later we will visit the Cango Caves, which are located in Precambrian lime stones at the foothills of the Swartberg range.

  • Knysna – Cape town

    After a relaxed breakfast, we will be on our way to Cape Town. We will visit the wine land at Stellenbosch, for a wine tasting tour and later arrive at our hotel in Cape Town. Evening free to enjoy this vibrant city.

  • Cape Town

    Cape Town is a port city on South Africa’s southwest coast, on a peninsula beneath the Imposing Table Mountain. We will enjoy the city tour and later visit the Table Mountain for the breathtaking view of the peninsula (this tour will be weather centric). After this, we visit the beautiful Kristenbosch Gardens. Evening free at the water front.

  • Cape Town

    The full day Peninsula tour will take you around the entire Cape peninsula and show you the wonders of Cape Town - from the pristine beaches, to the spectacular sight of Cape Point, where the oceans meet. We also visit Hout Bay & Seal Island and Boulders beach to see the African penguins.

  • Cape Town – Mumbai

    After breakfast will depart to the international airport to board our flight back home.

  6. If Student: Needs College ID copy and No-Objection Certificate / Bonafied Certificate.
  7. If Applicant is retired need proof of retirement.
  8. For out Station Passport: 02 address proofs like Aadhar card, Electricity Bill, MTNL Bill.
  9. Applicant if Divorced then need Divorce paper’s copy and if Widow/Widower then spouse’s death certificate copy.
  10. Marriage Certificate if Spouse name is not added on passport.
  11. Passport Copies along with all used pages.
