The dates are usually announced 6 months before the tour departure. The tour can be booked as soon as the dates are announced. Especially those tourists who travel by train must book a tour before the train ticket reservation opens up (before 4 months)

The Mumbai office is the central booking place for all tourists coming from other cities in India.
You can block your seats for a particular tour and it will be valid only for 48 hr from the time of blocking. The booking can be completed via bank transfer later.
The advance for Karnataka tours is 4000 + 5% GST per head and that for Himachal and Kerala tours is 5000 + 5% GST per head. There is no particular discount for full payment in advance.
We understand the reasons for your cancellation. However, we are tied up with the costs invested in the Hotels and the Transport. We are very flexible with our cancellation policies and will cooperate fully.
Our destinations are best enjoyed with enough time on hand. Our days do not start before 9 am and most of the time end at 5 or 6 pm. Since our hotels are well located, it is best to enjoy the surroundings in your leisure time.
Seat allotment is not fixed and we expect people to rotate their seats.
We take extreme care in choosing the hotels and make sure they are at a good location, clean, with a beautiful ambience, and well accessible.
The tour cost includes all meals from pick up to drop off at the destination, so the meals on the train are not included.
You can if you wish to carry any special food item but we provide sufficient snacks other than meals.
We have our own kitchen in Karnataka and are known for the food we cater to there. On other tours, we provide the best food keeping our customers' tastes in mind.
We have good vegetarian options, however, Jain food would be a problem and we can't promise the same. If you have any allergies kindly inform our on-tour staff or while booking and proper care will be taken while serving you.
Over the years, we have come to understand the importance of 'the tour must go on'. We would like our tours to be full, but in case that doesn't happen, we will still happily take you to the places we love.
Our office will call you on the date of departure to let you know the train timing. We will also let you know the name and contact of the person who will come to pick you up.

Check whether everything is taken with you which is required for that particular tour such as medicines, woollen clothes, umbrella, ID proof etc keeping the place and season in mind.
We do book train bookings but only for our customers who have booked a tour with us.
No. We don't guarantee a particular class or birth. Sometimes the train gets full in minutes on opening day. So we usually take 2 options of the class by which you wish to travel. However, it is always good to book your own ticket if possible to get the desired seat. Please note that train tickets can be booked 120 days before the actual date of departure.
