Job Profile: VISA Counsellor

Hiring an experienced VISA Counsellor who wants to become a Visa Expert by managing B2C Clients in Visa Documentation processing.

Responsibilities

Understand the visa requirement of the tourist and guide them with proper information & documentation process.
Handling tourist queries over the phone & emails & daily follow-up with clients. Also helping in filling out the visas & passport forms.
Document verification & collection of applications for visa processing. Ensure accurate data entry into the system with 0 errors.
Coordination with Embassies/Consulates/ Visa Processing Centers.
Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated turnaround time.

Requirements

Experience between 4 - 8 years
Candidate with relevant experience with a minimum Bachelor's Degree.
Good Communication Skills Necessary Visa Processing knowledge of significant countries.
Language skills: Fluency in English and Marathi.
Geographical knowledge is a must.

Job Profile: Tour Leader, Tour Manager

We are looking for an experienced tour manager passionate about introducing travelers to new and exciting destinations. Tour managers ensure travel arrangements run as smoothly as possible and provide travelers with practical support throughout their trip, so we need a person who can prioritize adding value to clients’ touring experience.

Responsibilities

Handle pre-tour communication with information on itineraries, destinations, and culture.
Stay in touch with designated hotels/homestays and other partners prior to the visit, to ensure all arrangements are in order.
Manage on-tour logistics including assisting tourists with check-in and settling them into their accommodation.
Respond to questions, deal with emergencies, and offer help with any problems that arise, ranging from simple matters, such as directing a member of the group to the nearest chemist, to more severe issues, such as tracing lost baggage.
Obtain feedback from travelers.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience of 2-5 years as a tour manager or similar.
Skills and personality are more important than formal qualifications, but a good general education is useful.
A pleasant, outgoing, and friendly personality with excellent communication skills
The ability to get along well with people of all ages and backgrounds
The ability to work Independently & well under pressure and cope with emergency.
Professional knowledge related to travel documents & formalities, airline ticketing & luggage rules, hotel & accommodation rules, etc.
Professional knowledge related to history, arts & culture, people, geography & food about each destination in all the countries of travel

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in local language and English.
