We are looking for an experienced tour manager with a passion for introducing travelers to new and
exciting destinations. Tour managers ensure travel arrangements run as smoothly as possible and provide
travelers with practical support throughout their trip, so we need a person who can prioritize adding
value to clients’ touring experience.
Handle pre-tour communication with information on itineraries, destinations and culture
Stay in touch with designated hotels/homestays and other partners prior to the visit, to ensure
all arrangements are in order
Manage on-tour logistics including assisting tourists with check-in and settling them into their
Respond to questions, deal with emergencies, and offer help with any problems that arise, ranging
from simple matters, such as directing a member of the group to the nearest chemist, to more serious
issues, such as tracing lost baggage
Keep tourists informed about facilities during travel and at their place of accommodation
Maintain and update a record of all travel-related activities and expenses
Obtain feedback from travelers
Demonstrable experience of 8-10 years as a tour manager or similar
Skills and personality are more important than formal qualifications, but a good general education
A pleasant, outgoing and friendly personality with excellent communication skills
The ability to get along well with people of all ages and backgrounds
Great coordination, planning & organizing skills
Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment, and initiative
Prompt and quick-thinking with ability to make appropriate decisions quickly and change

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a Tourism industry background. As the sales manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract the right clients for our tours.
Promote and market the tours, to existing as well as new clients
Creating a sales pitch for the different destinations that will make the tours interesting for a client
Develop an in-depth understanding of the tours assigned to you for sales
Share information with the team so that everyones on the same page.
Deal with client enquiries and aim to meet their expectations
Identify improvements to enhance the client experience. Provides excellent customer service in order to grow the client base
Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their travel interests and needs
Maintain and share an updated database of client contacts
Keep track of trends in the travel industry and activities of competing companies, reporting the same to company leadership
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
Excellent understanding of Travel industry, traveler clients, destinations and airlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills with fluent communication in both English and Marathi.
Ability to think creatively when pitching destinations to the clients
Ability to handle challenging client conversations with politeness
Must have strong desire for tourism sales with focus on career and industry growth
A college degree or equivalent training and experience in a related field are required.
