Step 1 - Advance of EUR 1000 + 5% GST + TCS (as applicable) together with a copy of your passport and Pan Card, at the time of booking. Step 2 - 1st instalment of EUR 1000, 90 days before the tour departure date. Step 3 - The balance payment of INR and EUR +5% GST + TCS (as applicable) along with the visa fee has to be paid at least 45 days before the tour departure. |
Cancellation Policies |
Under any other circumstances other than government or flight restrictions, the following charges will be considered as a cancellation fee. 90 - 60 days before the tour departure / before the issuance of the visa, 100% of the Advance and first instalment. 59 – 45 days before the tour departure / after the issuance of the visa, 50 % of the tour cost. Less than 45 days until tour departure 100% of the total tour cost. |
Arrive at the Budapest airport. At the exit we will meet the tour leader and proceed to our hotel in Szentendre and check in at hotel. Dinner at the hotel.
After breakfast, we will explore the small town of Szentendre, which is known for its Art and well-preserved character. Post that, we will drive to Budapest which is divided into Buda and Pest by river Danube. In the afternoon, we will explore the highlights of this beautiful city which includes the Hero Square, House of Terror and the great view from the Castle District after which we will enjoy a dinner cruise on the Danube, viewing this beautiful city by night. Return to Szentendre for the night stay.
Today we will drive to Croatia. As we cross the border from Hungary to Croatia, we will visit the Beautiful Town of Varazdin, the ex-Capital of Croatia. We continue on our drive after lunch to reach Zagreb. We will then have a half day walking city tour (4 hrs.).
After breakfast, we will explore the city of Zagreb. We will have a half day city tour of Zagreb. Later, post lunch we will head to Plitvice. The evening will be free to explore the beautiful lakes in the village of Licko Petrovo Selo on the border of Plitvice National Park. Overnight stay in Slunj.
After breakfast, we will check out and head to the wonder of Croatia, the Plitvice Lakes. This is a national park with walkways that pass through natural lakes and you can enjoy the waterfalls on the way. After lunch we will proceed to the real countryside of Croatia, the Peninsula of Istria, and check-in the hotel for dinner. The hotel is situated overlooking the Adriatic sea in the port of Opatija.
After breakfast, we will spend a day travelling in the interiors. We will taste the truffles (local mushrooms) and visit the blue coast of Istria. We will have a local lunch and return to Opatija for free evening.
Today, we will depart to Slovenia. Our first halt will be at the natural wonder of Pastojna caves created by the Pivika river. A train will take us to the center from where the walking tour will take us through the various Krast caves formed due to the water erosion. After the typical Slovenian lunch we will head to Lake Bohinj in the foothills of Julian Alps, the parallel mountain chain to the Swiss Alps. In the evening you will have the entire lake to yourself and only ones to share it are the mountains around which form a perfect impression of its clear blue waters.
In the morning, we will head to the Vogel Cable Car station to go up the mountain and enjoy the beautiful view of the Lake Bohinj and the surrounding mountain and villages. Later, drive to Lake Bled to enjoy a Gondola ride in the lake and go upto the Church of Assumption in the middle of the lake. Free time will be given for lunch in Bled after which we will enjoy a piece of the famous Bled cake. Drive back to Bohinj in the evening.
Today we will leave for Ljubljana Airport to board the flight back home.

- Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last Three assessment years OR Form 16,
- Applicant’s company bank statements for the last 3 months stamped by the bank.
c) If you are retired:
- Pension statements for the last three months,
- Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business and Applicant’s bank statements for the last 3 months stamped by the bank.
d) If you are unemployed
- Applicant’s bank statements for the last 3 months stamped by the bank.

4. A Marriage Certificate is required if the Spouse's name is not added to the passport.
5. Additional documents for applications of minor applicants:
- The application form and both declarations - have to be signed by both parents
- Birth certificate
- A passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s mother having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
- A Passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s father having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
- If one or both parents are not submitting the visa application with the child: a copy of the visa of that parent
- If only one parent applies: Proof of single custody of that parent either by submittal of the court ruling or submittal of the death certificate of the deceased parent Or
- (if both parents have shared custody) submittal of written and signed authorization letter of the parent non-present with passport copy (biometric and address page) – both certified by a public notary
- If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent, certified by a public notary, of both parents or guardians having custody or guardianship of the minor;
NOTE:
- Kindly provide 2 sets of each document for Greenland & Iceland visa application purposes.

- A document photocopy or photo from a mobile device will not be accepted.

VISA NOTE:
Our management team will do its best to ensure you acquire your visa in time. Still, we hold no responsibility if your visa application gets rejected or is kept on hold till departure, resulting in the cancellation of your tour due to any unforeseen circumstances.
In this case:
- The tour cost will be non-refundable and cancellation charges will be applicable
- Additional costs for re-application of visa and consulate visits outside Mumbai will be charged
- Additional costs will be charged for changes in the tour itinerary due to visa issues
