Booking Procedure

Step 1 - Advance of EUR 1000 + 5% GST + 5% TCS together with a copy of your passport and Pan Card, at the time of booking.

Step 2 - 1st instalment of EUR 1000, 90 days before the tour departure date.

Step 3 - The balance payment of INR and EUR + 5% GST + 5% TCS along with the visa fee has to be paid at least 45 days before the tour departure. **Tour cost is subject to change at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

Under any other circumstances other than government or flight restrictions, the following charges will be considered as a cancellation fee.

90 - 60 days before the tour departure / before the issuance of the visa, 100% of the Advance and first instalment.

59 – 45 days before the tour departure / after the issuance of the visa, 50 % of the tour cost.

Less than 45 days until tour departure 100% of the total tour cost.

Visa Note:
Our management team will do its best to ensure you acquire your visa in time, but we hold no responsibility if due to any unforeseen circumstances, your visa application gets rejected or is kept on hold till departure resulting in the cancellation of your tour. In this case:
The tour cost will be non-refundable and cancellation charges will be applicable.
Additional costs for re-application of visa and consulate visits outside Mumbai will be charged.
Additional costs will be charged for changes in the tour itinerary due to any visa issues.

In view of the recent announcement by the Government in the budget session 2023, a 20 % TCS fee will be charged on the actual tour cost for all outbound tourists commencing October onwards. The tourist can claim a tax credit for the paid TCS.

  • Arrive in Budapest-Szentendre

    Arrive at the Budapest airport. At the exit we will meet the tour leader and proceed to our hotel in Szentendre and check in at hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

  • Szentendre - Budapest - Szentendre

    After breakfast, we will explore the small town of Szentendre, which is known for its Art and well-preserved character. Post that, we will drive to Budapest which is divided into Buda and Pest by river Danube. In the afternoon, we will explore the highlights of this beautiful city which includes the Hero Square, House of Terror and the great view from the Castle District after which we will enjoy a dinner cruise on the Danube, viewing this beautiful city by night. Return to Szentendre for the night stay.

  • Budapest -Varazdin - Zagreb (Croatia)

    Today we will drive to Croatia. As we cross the border from Hungary to Croatia, we will visit the Beautiful Town of Varazdin, the ex-Capital of Croatia. We continue on our drive after lunch to reach Zagreb. We will then have a half day walking city tour (4 hrs).

  • Zagreb - Plitvice Lake - Istrian Peninsula (Opatija)

    After an early breakfast we will check out and head to the wonder of Croatia, the Plitvice Lakes. This is a national park with walkways that pass through natural lakes and you can enjoy the waterfalls on the way. After lunch we will proceed to the real country side of Croatia, the Peninsula of Istria, and check in the hotel for dinner. The hotel is situated overlooking the Adriatic Sea in the port city of Opatija.

  • Istria

    After a traditional Croatian breakfast, we will spend the day travelling in the interiors. We will taste the truffles (local mushrooms) and visit the beautiful blue coast of Istria. We will have local lunch and then return back to Opatija for a free evening.

  • Istria - Postojna Caves - Lake Bohinj (Slovenia) (300kms - 8hrs)

    Today, we will depart for Slovenia. Our first halt will be at the natural wonder of Postojna caves created by the Pivka River. A train will take us to the centre from where a walking tour will take us through the various Karst Caves formed due to water erosion. After a typical Slovenian lunch, we will head to Lake Bohinj in the foothills of the Julian Alps, the parallel mountain chain to the Swiss Alps. In the evening you have the entire lake to yourself and the only one to share it are the mountains around which form a perfect impression on its clear blue waters.

  • Lake Bohinj- Vogel Cable Car - Lake Bled (20kms)

    In the morning we will head to the Vogel Cable Car station to go up the mountain and enjoy the beautiful view of the Lake Bohinj and the surrounding mountains and villages. Later, drive to Lake Bled to enjoy a Gondola ride in the lake and go upto the Church of Assumption in the middle of the lake. Free time will be given for lunch in Bled after which we will enjoy a piece of the famous Bled cake. Drive back to Bohinj in the evening.

  • Lake Bohinj - Mumbai

    Today, we will leave for Ljubljana Airport to board the flight back home.

  4. If Employed: Leave letter / No-Objection Certificate on company letterhead & 03 Months Salary Slip or Employment Contract.
  5. 3 Years IT Paper/Form 16.
  6. If Self Employed: Business letterhead for covering letter purpose. Company Registration copy / Partnership Deed / Company Memorandum. Company Bank Statement Last 6 Month, 3yrs IT Paper.
  7. If Student: Needs College ID copy and No-Objection Certificate / Bonafied Certificate.
  8. If Applicant is retired need proof of retirement.
  9. For out Station Passport: 02 address proofs like Aadhar card, Electricity Bill, MTNL Bill.
  10. Applicant if Divorced then need Divorce paper’s copy and if Widow/Widower then spouse’s death certificate copy.
  11. Marriage Certificate if Spouse name is not added on passport.
  12. Passport Copies along with all used pages.

  14. If person traveling alone sponsor documents required – If sponsor is son / daughter: Financial Documents, if working salary slips, Sponsorship Letter & sponsor passport copy.

Note: The Embassy reserves the right to request additional information/documentation and, if deemed necessary, to interview the applicant. Applicants applying for a Schengen visa will need to provide biometric data (fingerprints) when submitting an application.

Person holding valid multiple entry Schengen Visa do not require visa for Croatia for stay up to 90 Days.
