• Berlin - Bad Schandau

  Begin your journey with a tour of Berlin, where landmarks such as Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie offer a powerful glimpse into the city's divided past and remarkable reunification. Later, leave the capital behind and drive to Bad Schandau, a charming spa town on the German-Czech border.

• Bad Schandau - Saxon Swiss National Park - Dresden - Bad Schandau

  Spend a leisurely morning in Saxon Swiss National Park, amongst towering sandstone cliffs, deep forests and dramatic viewpoints over the Elbe River that create one of Germany's most celebrated landscapes. Then walk downhill to the riverside town of Rathen before continuing to Dresden, where elegant palaces and the restored Frauenkirche stand as powerful reminders of the city's destruction during the Second World War and its remarkable revival thereafter. Return to Bad Schandau for a relaxed evening.
  

• Bad Schandau - Prague - Brno

• Brno - Auschwitz - Krakow

  Travel through the Czech countryside into Poland and visit Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest concentration camp built by Nazi Germany and today one of the world's most important historical sites. A deeply moving experience, it offers a profound understanding of the events that shaped modern Europe. Continue to Kraków by evening.
  

• Krakow - Wieliczka Salt Mines

  Discover Kraków, one of Poland's most charming and historic cities. Explore Wawel Hill, Main Market Square, St Mary's Church and the historic Cloth Hall on a detailed city tour. Later descend into the remarkable Wieliczka Salt Mines, formed from an ancient sea that disappeared millions of years ago. Chapels and sculptures carved entirely from salt make this one of Poland's most extraordinary sights.
  

• Krakow - Zakopane

  Travel south to Zakopane, nestled beneath the Tatra Mountains and long regarded as the cultural heart of Poland's highlands. Traditional wooden homes and mountain traditions give the town a character entirely its own. The evening is free to stroll along its lively streets, perhaps trying the region's famous smoked cheese, Oscypek.
  

• Zakopane - Szentendre

  Begin the day with a funicular ride up Mt. Gubałówka, where beautiful views stretch across the Tatras and into neighbouring Slovakia. Later, enjoy one of the journey's most scenic drives through the Slovak countryside before arriving in Szentendre, a riverside town long favoured by artists for its relaxed atmosphere and creative spirit.

• Szentendre - Budapest - Szentendre

  Spend the morning exploring the artistic town of Szentendre through its galleries, little lanes and colourful houses. Later Continue to Budapest, where grand architecture and sweeping views over the Danube reveal why it is considered one of Europe's most beautiful capitals. End the day with a dinner cruise as Parliament, bridges and hilltop monuments light up beautifully along the river.
  

• Szentendre - Varazdin - Zagreb

  Cross into Croatia and stop in Varaždin, the country's former capital and one of its prettiest baroque towns, where elegant squares and colourful facades hint at its rich past. Continue to Zagreb and enjoy a relaxed evening, perhaps strolling through the lively streets of the Upper Town or settling into one of the city's many cafés.
  

• Zagreb - Slunj

  Discover Zagreb on a guided city tour, exploring its historic Upper Town, lively squares and landmarks that reveal the country's long and fascinating history. Later continue to Slunj, a peaceful riverside town surrounded by forests and waterfalls. The evening is free to relax or perhaps take a stroll through nearby Rastoke, where old watermills and wooden houses sit amidst a network of streams and cascades.
  

• Slunj - Plitvice Lake - Istrian Peninsula

• Istria

  Spend the day exploring inland Istria, where hilltop villages, vineyards and olive groves reveal a slower and deeply local way of life. Enjoy a tasting of the region's celebrated truffles before continuing to the Adriatic coast, where colourful harbours and seaside promenades bring a distinctly Mediterranean character to the region. Return to Opatija for a leisurely evening, perhaps taking home some of Istria's wines, olive oils or truffle delicacies.
  

• Istria - Postojna Caves - Lake Bohinj

  Travel to Slovenia and visit the remarkable Postojna Caves. Begin with a train ride deep into the caves before continuing on foot through vast chambers and extraordinary rock formations shaped by the Pivka River over millions of years. After a traditional Slovenian lunch, continue to Lake Bohinj in the foothills of the Julian Alps. Spend the evening beside Slovenia's largest natural lake, where the surrounding mountains and clear waters create a wonderfully serene setting.
  

• Lake Bohinj - Vogel Cable Car - Lake Bled

  Begin the day with a ride up the mountain on the Vogel Cable Car for magnificent views across Lake Bohinj and the Julian Alps. Later drive to Lake Bled, where a tiny church sits on an island in the middle of an emerald lake. Board a traditional pletna boat to the island and visit the Church of Assumption before enjoying a slice of the famous Bled cream cake in one of Europe's most picture-perfect settings.
  

• Lake Bohinj - Mumbai

  Drive to Ljubljana Airport for your flight home, carrying with you memories of imperial capitals, alpine lakes, dramatic landscapes and the many stories that make Eastern Europe such an unexpectedly rewarding part of the continent.

- From the last 3 months to till current date of the passbook all filed pages are Xerox copies with the first page of the passbook.
- Original Bank stamp & signature are compulsory on each page.
- The closing Balance should be a minimum of INR 2,50,000/- Per Person.
- On A4 size Paper.

4. FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS
Personal - 3 Years ITR Paper/Form 16. – (23-24, 22-23, 21-22)

5. EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS
a) If you are employed:
Pay slips for the last three months,
Employment Contract,
Employers’ Statement on approval for holidays (NOC - Leave Sanction letter from applicant’s company).

b) If you are a company owner or self-employed:
Certificate of registration of the company,
GST Registration,
Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last Three assessment years OR Form 16,
Applicant’s company bank statements for the last 3 months stamped by the bank.

c) If you are retired:
Pension statements for the last three months.
Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business and Applicant’s bank statements for the last 3 months stamped by the bank.

d) If you are unemployed
Applicant’s bank statements for the last 3 months stamped by the bank.

EXTRA DOCUMENTS:
1. If the applicant is Divorced needs a Divorce paper copy.

2. If the applicant Widow/Widower, then the spouse’s death certificate copy.

3. If a person traveling alone sponsor documents are required – If the sponsor is a son/daughter: Financial Documents, working salary slips, Sponsorship Letter & sponsor passport copy.

4. If the Spouse's name is not added to the passport, a Marriage Certificate is required.

5. Additional documents for applications of minor applicants:

- The application form and both declarations under 1)-3) have to be signed by both parents
- Birth certificate
- A passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s mother having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
- A Passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s father having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
- If one or both parents are not submitting the visa application with the child: a copy of the visa of that parent
- If only one parent submits the application: Proof of single custody of that parent either by submittal of the court ruling or submittal of the death certificate of the deceased parent Or
- (If both parents have shared custody) submittal of written and signed authorization letter of the parent non-present with passport copy (biometric and address page) – both certified by a public notary
- If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent, certified by a public notary, of both parents or guardians having custody or guardianship of the minor;

BIOMETRIC:
Were the fingerprints of the applicant collected in the last 59 months for applying for a Schengen visa in India? If yes, please mention the month and year of collection:
Please note that fingerprints should be taken if the applicant submits his application in person even if the last submittal was within the last 59 months.

VISA PROCESSING TIME: Minimum 15 Working Days (Saturday, Sunday & National Holidays – EMBASSY/CONSULATE/VFS CLOSED)

IMPORTANT: The Embassy reserves the right to request additional information/documentation and, if deemed necessary, to interview the applicant. Applicants applying for a Schengen visa will need to provide biometric data (fingerprints) when submitting an application.

VISA NOTE : 
Our management team will do its best to ensure you acquire your visa in time. Still, we hold no responsibility if your visa application gets rejected or is kept on hold till departure, resulting in the cancellation of your tour due to any unforeseen circumstances.
In this case:
- The tour cost will be non-refundable and cancellation charges will be applicable
- Additional costs for re-application of visa and consulate visits outside Mumbai will be charged
- Additional costs will be charged for changes in the tour itinerary due to visa issues
