Booking Procedure

Step 1 -  Advance of INR 60,000 + EUR 600 + 5% GST + TCS (as applicable) together with a copy of your Passport and Pan Card at the time of booking.
Step 2 - The 1st instalment of EUR 1000 is 90 days before the tour departure date.
Step 3 - The balance payment of INR and EUR + 5% GST + TCS (as applicable) and the visa fee must be paid at least 45 days before the tour departure.

Cancellation Policies

Under any circumstances other than government or flight restrictions, the following charges will be considered cancellation fees.
**90 - 60 days before the tour departure / before the visa issuance, 100% of the Advance and first instalment.
59 – 45 days before the tour departure / after the visa issuance, 50% of the tour cost.
Less than 45 days until tour departure 100% of the total tour cost.
**This clause is applicable even before this period if the flight tickets are issued.

Note for Solo Travellers:
In the event of us not being able to find a partner for you, we shall bear half of your single occupancy cost.
  • Arrive Berlin (Germany)

    Arrive at the Brandenburg Airport in Berlin. After Clearing the immigration. At the exit, we will meet up with our tour leader and drive to a city center hotel. Check-in and spend the evening at leisure.

  • Berlin- Bad Schandau

    In the morning, check out and enjoy the city tour of Berlin, which includes the Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie, where the ruins of the Berlin wall can be seen. Later we will drive to Bad Schandau. In the evening, check in to our hotel in Bad Schandau on the border of Czech and Germany.

  • Bad Schandau - Saxon Swiss National Park - Dresden - Bad Schandau

    After a very leisurely morning, we will drive into the Saxon Swiss National Park and to Bastei where the views of the Elbe are breathtaking. We will also have a chance to check out the sandstone peaks of the area. We will then walk down hill to the town of Rathen. Lunch will be enjoyed in the old town of Dresden which is famous for its Church destroyed in World War 2. In the evening, relax in the hotel back in Bad Schandau.

  • Bad Schandau - Prague (Czech) - Brno

    After Breakfast Proceed to Prague. Our city tour includes Town Centre, Astronomical Clock and the Charles Bridge. We will drive to Brno, the second largest town in Czech Republic for a night stay. The purpose of this drive is to reduce the travel time to the Polish border on the next day.

  • Brno - Auschwitz - Krakow (Poland)

    After breakfast check out and proceed to Poland. Our first stop will be Auschwitz, the biggest Labor Camp of World War 2. The Nazi war crimes can be witnessed here in the Auschwitz and Birkenau Museum. After lunch we will reach Krakow by evening. This is the longest journey of our tour but we shall make it interesting by travelling through the Czech countryside.

  • Krakow - Wieliczka Salt Mines

    Krakow is a town with a lot of character. Today we will enjoy a 3-hour city tour which will include the area of the Wawel Castle perched on the Hill Top. Later we will take a walk in the Old Town Square to see the old cloth market and the St Mary’s Church. After free time for lunch we will proceed to the Salt Mines in Wieliczka. These mines although nonfunctional are a rare sight to visit. The Salt Cathedral is the central attraction of the mines.

  • Krakow - Zakopane

    After a leisurely breakfast, we will be on our way to the foothills of the Tatras Mountain Range. The little town of Zakopane is like a charming little Swiss hill station and before we arrive there we will be greeted by beautiful mountain scenery and typical houses. The evening is free to walk on the shopping street to feel the pulse of this Alpine Town.

  • Zakopane - Szentendre (Hungary)

    In the morning, we will take the funicular tram up the Mt. Gubalowka (1120 m) to enjoy excellent views of the surrounding areas up to Slovakia. Later, return to the base and proceed to Szentendre. We will drive today through most of the Slovakian countryside.

  • Szentendre - Budapest - Szentendre

    After breakfast, we will explore the small town of Szentendre, which is known for its Art and well-preserved character. Post that, we will drive to Budapest which is divided into Buda and Pest by river Danube. In the afternoon, we will explore the highlights of this beautiful city which includes the Hero Square, House of Terror and the great view from the Castle District after which we will enjoy a dinner cruise on the Danube, viewing this beautiful city by night. Return to Szentendre for the night stay.

  • Szentendre - Varazdin - Zagreb (Croatia)

    Today we will drive to Croatia. As we cross the border from Hungary to Croatia, we will visit the Beautiful Town of Varazdin, the ex-Capital of Croatia. We continue on our drive after lunch to reach Zagreb. The evening will be in leisure. Overnight stay in Zagreb.

  • Zagreb - Slunj

    After breakfast, we will explore the city of Zagreb. We will have a half day city tour of Zagreb. Later post lunch, we will head towards Slunj. The evening will be free to explore the beautiful town of Slunj. Overnight stay in Slunj.

  • Slunj - Plitvice Lake - Istrian Peninsula (Opatija)

    After an early breakfast we will check out and head to the wonder of Croatia, the Plitvice Lakes. This is a national park with walkways that pass through natural lakes and you can enjoy the waterfalls on the way. After lunch we will proceed to the real country side of Croatia, the Peninsula of Istria, and check in the hotel for dinner. The hotel is situated overlooking the Adriatic Sea in the port city of Opatija.

  • Istria

    After a traditional Croatian breakfast, we will spend the day travelling in the interiors. We will taste the truffles (local mushrooms) and visit the beautiful blue coast of Istria. We will have local lunch and then return back to Opatija for a free evening.

  • Istria – Postojna Caves – Lake Bohinj (Slovenia)

    Today, we will depart for Slovenia. Our first halt will be at the natural wonder of Postojna caves created by the Pivka River. A train will take us to the centre from where a walking tour will take us through the various Karst Caves formed due to water erosion. After a typical Slovenian lunch, we will head to Lake Bohinj in the foothills of the Julian Alps, the parallel mountain chain to the Swiss Alps. In the evening you have the entire lake to yourself and the only one to share it are the mountains around which form a perfect impression on its clear blue waters.

  • Lake Bohinj – Vogel Cable Car – Lake Bled

    In the morning we will head to the Vogel Cable Car station to go up the mountain and enjoy the beautiful view of the Lake Bohinj and the surrounding mountains and villages. Later, drive to Lake Bled to enjoy a Gondola ride in the lake and go upto the Church of Assumption in the middle of the lake. Free time will be given for lunch in Bled after which we will enjoy a piece of the famous Bled cake. Drive back to Bohinj in the evening.

  • Lake Bohinj – Mumbai

    Today, we will leave for Ljubljana Airport to board the flight back home.

3. ORIGINAL BANK STATEMENT
- From the last 3 months to till current date of the passbook all filed pages are Xerox copies with the first page of the passbook.
- Original Bank stamp & signature are compulsory on each page.
- The closing Balance should be a minimum of INR 2,50,000/- Per Person.
- On A4 size Paper.

4. FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS
Personal - 3 Years ITR Paper/Form 16. – (23-24, 22-23, 21-22)

5. EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS
a) If you are employed:
Pay slips for the last three months,
Employment Contract,
Employers’ Statement on approval for holidays (NOC - Leave Sanction letter from applicant’s company).

b) If you are a company owner or self-employed:
Certificate of registration of the company,
GST Registration,
Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last Three assessment years OR Form 16,
Applicant’s company bank statements for the last 3 months stamped by the bank.

c) If you are retired:
Pension statements for the last three months.
Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business and Applicant’s bank statements for the last 3 months stamped by the bank.

d) If you are unemployed
Applicant’s bank statements for the last 3 months stamped by the bank.

1. If the applicant is Divorced needs a Divorce paper copy.

2. If the applicant Widow/Widower, then the spouse’s death certificate copy.

3. If a person traveling alone sponsor documents are required – If the sponsor is a son/daughter: Financial Documents, working salary slips, Sponsorship Letter & sponsor passport copy.

4. If the Spouse's name is not added to the passport, a Marriage Certificate is required.

5. Additional documents for applications of minor applicants:

- The application form and both declarations under 1)-3) have to be signed by both parents
- Birth certificate
- A passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s mother having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
- A Passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s father having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
- If one or both parents are not submitting the visa application with the child: a copy of the visa of that parent
- If only one parent submits the application: Proof of single custody of that parent either by submittal of the court ruling or submittal of the death certificate of the deceased parent Or
- (If both parents have shared custody) submittal of written and signed authorization letter of the parent non-present with passport copy (biometric and address page) – both certified by a public notary
- If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent, certified by a public notary, of both parents or guardians having custody or guardianship of the minor;

BIOMETRIC:
Were the fingerprints of the applicant collected in the last 59 months for applying for a Schengen visa in India? If yes, please mention the month and year of collection:
Please note that fingerprints should be taken if the applicant submits his application in person even if the last submittal was within the last 59 months.

VISA PROCESSING TIME: Minimum 15 Working Days (Saturday, Sunday & National Holidays – EMBASSY/CONSULATE/VFS CLOSED)

IMPORTANT: The Embassy reserves the right to request additional information/documentation and, if deemed necessary, to interview the applicant. Applicants applying for a Schengen visa will need to provide biometric data (fingerprints) when submitting an application.

VISA NOTE : 
Our management team will do its best to ensure you acquire your visa in time. Still, we hold no responsibility if your visa application gets rejected or is kept on hold till departure, resulting in the cancellation of your tour due to any unforeseen circumstances.
In this case:
- The tour cost will be non-refundable and cancellation charges will be applicable
- Additional costs for re-application of visa and consulate visits outside Mumbai will be charged
- Additional costs will be charged for changes in the tour itinerary due to visa issues
