Booking Procedure

Step 1: Block your seat as this would be a small group of 15-20 pax request you to block your seat by paying us a deposit of INR 50,000 per person(plus GST 5%) with passport Xerox copy and Pan Card copy, which will be 100 % refundable till 90 days before departure.

Step 2: Balance INR & NZD payment + GST 5%  (60 Days prior departure date/before VISA process starts) whichever is earlier.

Cancellation Policies
  1. Booking amount will be fully refundable 120 days before departure (except in case of Antarctica & South America)
  2. We don’t believe in canceling the tour, however, if the tour is cancelled due to any other unavoidable circumstances, a tourist-friendly refund policy will be adopted.
  3. In the case of tour being cancelled on the basis of visa not been granted on time or been rejected by the consulate, 100% cancellation will be applicable.
  4. If the tour is cancelled by the tourist, following cancellation policy will be applicable:
    • 100% of the booking amount will be charged if cancelled 90 days before departure
    • 50% of INR amount will be charged if cancelled 60 days before departure
    • 80% of INR amount will be charged if cancelled after visa application or 45 days before departure whichever is early.
    • 100% of tour cost will be charged if cancelled 30 days before departure
    • 100% of tour cost will be charged if cancelled due to delay in getting the visa or rejection of visa or 30 days before departure.
  5. 100% ticket cost will be charged to tourist who have issued tickets directly on system

  • Mumbai – Auckland

    Arrive in Auckland by Singapore Airlines and on meeting with the local representative proceed to the hotel. Evening is free. Overnight in Auckland

  • Auckland – Waitomo Caves – Rotorua

    In the morning enjoy a tour of this Coastal city, which includes a view of the Harbor Bridge, America’s Cup Viaduct. Later we will drive to Waitomo to experience the beautiful Glow Worm Caves. In the evening arrive to our hotel in Rotorua, the thermal capital of New Zealand, where the scent of Sulphur is evident in the air.

  • Rotorua

    After breakfast, we will proceed to do a half day city tour of the thermal capital. We will visit the Agrodome to for a one-hour performance seeing nineteen sheep breeds introduced onto the stage, the art of sheep shearing, sheepdog demonstrations. We will also visit Te Puia Geothermal Reserve to view the boiling mudpools and cascading Pohutu geyser and see local Maori carvers in action.

  • Rotorua – Lake Taupo – Wellington

    Check out after an early breakfast for a road journey through the length of the North Island. The highlight of this trip would be a stop at the largest fresh water lake in the country, Lake Taupo, after which we will continue with our drive to the Capital Wellington. After a short city tour, will check in the hotel.

  • Wellington – Christchurch

    In the morning we will transferred to Wellington Ferry Terminal to board ferry from Wellington to Picton, onward we will transfer to Christchurch by coach. Check in to our hotel.

  • Christchurch – Mt Cook – Twizel

    Today our journey will take us to Mt. Cook, or Aoraki which in local Maori language means, cloud-piercing mountain. The scenery changes as we drive & our first The South Island is the capital of Scenic New Zealand. The scenery changes as we drive and our first stop would be at the scenic Lake Tekapo where the small pretty church of good shepard is located. We will further proceed to the Mt.Cook area where on a clear Day you can see why this mountain is called Aoraki. After lunch, we will proceed to the small town of Twizel and check in to our hotel.

  • Twizel – Wanaka – Queenstown

    In the morning we will drive around the beautiful lakes area of Wanaka. If we are lucky with the weather, we will get a chance to land on the glaciers with the optional helicopter ride. Later we will head for Queenstown and check –into our hotel.

  • Queenstown

    After a leisurely breakfast we will start with our action packed day with first taking the Gondola up Queenstown Hill. The views of the surrounding are breathtaking from here. Later we will enjoy a thrilling Jet Boat experience through the Dart River. The evening can be enjoyed at leisure by the Wakatipu Lake.

  • Queenstown – Milford Sound – Te Anau

    After an early breakfast we will check out of Queenstown and drive to the Fjordland region of South Island. The region is one of the wettest in the country and we advise you to carry your rain-wear. We will embark on an unforgettable journey on the Milford Sound. We will cruise to the mouth of the sound which is rich with plant and marine animal life. The waterfalls cascade by the cliffs and make our cruising more pleasurable. On our return to Te Anau, we will check in to our hotel.

  • Te Anau– South Scenic Route – Catlins Coast – Dunedin

    The highlight of today is the drive itself. The South Catlin Coast is the most remote in South Island and a welcome break after the busy Queenstown. On our way to the east coast city of Dunedin we will make a number of stops en route. Some of the stops will definitely be for spotting the wildlife such as seals and walruses. The windswept Catlin’s coast is not where many tourists come and you will be one with Mother Nature here. Arrive in Dunedin and check in.

  • Dunedin – Christchurch

    In the morning we will visit the famous Cadbury factory, to know more about chocolate making. Later we will set on a 6 hour drive to Christchurch passing through pretty town of Oamaru where we will visit the famous Moeraki Boulders. In the evening we will reach Christchurch.

  • Christchurch – Mumbai

    Departure & transfer to Christchurch Airport. We will take our flight to Mumbai

  5. Xerox Copy of Credit Card (if Available) If Self Employed: Business letterhead for covering letter purpose. Company Registration copy / Partnership Deed / Company Memorandum. Company Bank Statement Last 6 Month, 3yrs IT Paper.
  6. If Student: Needs College ID copy/ Bonafide Certificate.
  7. If Applicant is retired need proof of retirement.
  8. If Single married women traveling need NOC (No Objection letter) from her husband & his passport copy.
  9. For out Station Passport: 02 address proofs like Aadhar card, Electricity Bill, MTNL Bill.
  10. Applicant if Divorced then needs Divorce paper’s copy and if Widow/Widower then spouse’s death certificate copy.
  11. Marriage Certificate if Spouse name is not added to a passport.
