Booking Procedure

Step 1 - Advance of  USD 2000 + 5% GST + 5% TCS together with a copy of your passport and Pan Card, 120 days before the tour departure date.
Step 2 - 1st Instalment of USD 2000 + 5% GST +5% TCS per person to be paid 90 days before the tour departure date.
Step 3 - Balance USD payment + GST 5% + 5% TCS to be paid 60 days before the tour departure date.

Cancellation Policies

Under any circumstances other than government or flight restrictions, the following charges will be considered as a cancellation fee.
74 – 60 days before the tour departure date, the deposit amount.
59 - 30 days before the tour departure / before the issuance of the visa, 100% of the advance + 100% of the 1st Instalment.
29 days until tour departure 100% of the total tour cost. 

Visa Note:
Our management team will do its best to ensure you acquire your visa in time, but we hold no responsibility if due to any unforeseen circumstances, your visa application gets rejected or is kept on hold till departure resulting in the cancellation of your tour. In this case:
The tour cost will be non-refundable and cancellation charges will be applicable.
Additional costs for re-application of visa and consulate visits outside Mumbai will be charged.
Additional costs will be charged for changes in the tour itinerary due to any visa issues.

In view of the recent announcement by the Government in the budget session 2023, a 20 % TCS fee will be charged on the actual tour cost for all outbound tourists commencing October onwards. The tourist can claim a tax credit for the paid TCS.

  • Arrival in Lima

    We will arrive in Lima in the evening and after clearing immigration, meet with the tour manager. We will then proceed to check in to the hotel in the Miraflores district of Lima.

  • Lima - Puerto Maldonado

    Board a flight to the interiors of the Amazon Jungle Reserve. We will sail on the Madre de Dios to reach our accommodation - Jungle River Lodge. In the evening, go for a walk to observe the nocturnal insects and later go boating to try and spot an alligator family.

  • Puerto Maldonado

    There are various local excursions that you can go for at different times of the day based on your physical abilities. These excursions will introduce you to the flora and fauna of the largest rainforest in the world.

  • Puerto Maldonado - Sacred Valley

    Board the flight to Cusco via Lima and on arrival, drive down to Sacred Valley. Check-in at our hotel in Yucay, a town on the banks of the Urubamba River.

  • Sacred Valley

    After an early breakfast, we will drive to the train station in the town of Ollantaytambo in the morning. Here we will board the Vistadome train to Aguas Calientes, the base of Machu Picchu. Once in Aguas Calientes, take the bus to Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, where the guided tour will start. Afterwards, we will head back to Aguas Calientes for lunch. Board the train back to start our journey to Urubamba.

  • Sacred Valley - Cusco

    Visit the Maras Salt Mines in the morning and later drive to visit the market of Pisac. Later proceed to Cusco and check in to the hotel.

  • Cusco - Lima

    After breakfast, head out for a guided tour of the city. Qorikancha, the most significant temple in the Inca Empire, will be our highlight of the day. In the evening, head to the airport to board the flight to Lima.

  • Lima

    Enjoy a city tour of Lima that will take you to Plaza de Armas, and the old part of Lima. Lunch will be local at the Larco Cafe, followed by a visit to the most exciting museum in Lima. The evening is well spent walking in Barranco, the Bohemian Art district of Lima.

  • Lima - Rio de Janeiro

    Morning, board the flight to Rio. On arrival, check in to our hotel in the Copacabana area. Spend the evening at leisure.

  • Rio de Janeiro

    After breakfast, visit Christ the Redeemer, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Later, enjoy a city tour of the former capital of Brazil. Later, proceed for a cable car ride up to Corcovado, or Sugarloaf Mountain, to enjoy a 360-degree view of the city.

  • Rio de Janeiro - Iguassu Falls

    Board the flight to Iguassu Falls, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The most exciting part of today will be when we get up close to the cascading water during a thrilling safari boat ride. The evening is free to relax.

  • Iguassu Falls (Argentina) - Sao Paulo

    Today we will check out and visit the Argentinian side of the falls. This includes a ride in the train to the devil's throat, part of the falls. After lunch, proceed to the airport to board the flight to Sao Paulo.

  • Back Home

    After an easy morning, we will head to the airport to board the flight back to Mumbai via Paris.

  4. 3 Years IT Paper/Form 16.  
  5. If Self Employed: Business letterhead for covering letter purpose. Company Registration copy / Partnership Deed / Company Memorandum. Company Bank Statement Last 6 Months, 3yrs IT Paper.
  6. For out Station Passport: 02 address proofs like Aadhar card, Electricity Bill, MTNL Bill
  7. If Student: Needs College ID copy and No-Objection Certificate / Bonafide Certificate
  8. Applicant if Divorced then needs a Divorce paper copy and if Widow/Widower then spouse’s death certificate copy.
  9. Marriage Certificate if Spouse name is not added to a passport.
  10. If Applicant is retired, needs proof of retirement.
  11. Travel Insurance.
  12. Yellow Fever vaccination certificates.

Note: The Embassy reserves the right to request additional information/documents. All applicants without exception are requested to be present for a personal interview with a consular officer at Argentina Embassy, Mumbai. Brazil Embassy may call the applicant for an interview if any discrepancy in documents occurs. 

Indian citizens holding a visa for at least six months or permanent resident status in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or any Schengen State. The document stipulates that Indian nationals shall enter Peru visa-free for a stay of up to 180 days, either for a continuous visit or several consecutive visits, within a 12-month period.
