On arrival in Bhuj, our transport will pick you up and we will drive to a nearby hotel to freshen up. After breakfast, we will drive to the Devpar. We will check into the Devpar homestay, Lunch & take rest. We visit Banni Biosphere Area for Birding Safari which is reserved, we will be guided by the area expert as we catch the winter migration of the birds. Later enjoy evening sunset. Dinner & overnight stay at the Devpur homestay.
After breakfast we will visit Nirona, the premier arts and handicraft village of Kutch. Rogan art on cloth and copper bell making are among the traditional art forms you observe in this village. We will Proceed to “Road to heaven”, stopping for lunch along the way, then we proceed to the white Rann to enjoy the sunset. Afterward we will drive straight to our accommodation for the night at Devpar homestay which is the only heritage homestay in the entire Kutch. Dinner & overnight stay at the resort.
After breakfast, visit the Shyamji Krishna Verma Memorial spread over 52 Acres, called “Kranti Tirth”. We will head towards Mandvi, the old capital of the Kutch region which is the most important port here and will visit the trade of the town, a ship building sight. Lunch is a traditional local thali, modest yet offering a wholesome taste of the region’s culinary heritage. Later, we will drive to the Vijay Vilas Palace and enjoy some tea in royal surroundings overlooking the Gulf of Kutch. Sunset is best enjoyed from our private beach after which we will drive back to Devpar homestay for dinner & overnight stay.

After breakfast, we drive to Bhuj, the administrative capital of Kutch. We spend our last day exploring the town and nearby artisan villages. One such village is Ajrakhpur*, home to the Living and Learning Design Centre (LLDC) OR *Smritivan. The centre showcases the rich textile traditions of the entire region. The village is also famous for the Ajrakh block printing. The entire village of 200 families practice only the Ajrakh Style of block printing. Our next stop will be in Bhujodi houses, where we have multiple options to do some last-minute shopping. We will spend leisure time in Bhuj where dinner will be arranged before boarding the night train back to your home.
