Booking Procedure

Step 1 : Advance payment - 

(a) Rs. 10000/- + 5% GST per person

(b) Rs. 15000/- + 5% GST per person if Railway tickets are booked by Anubhav

(c) Rs. 15000/- + 5% GST + actual airfare + 5% GST per person if Air tickets are booked by Anubhav

Step 2 : Balance payment - one month prior to the departure date

* The Air / Railway / Bus ticket amount will be adjusted as per actuals in the balance payment*

 
Cancellation Policies

45 days or more before departure, NIL cancellation charges
44 - 30 days before departure, 25% of the tour cost + rail/airfare cancellation as per actuals + 5% GST
29 - 15 days before departure, 50% of the tour cost + rail/airfare cancellation as per actuals + 5% GST
14 - 06 days before departure, 75% of the tour cost + rail/airfare cancellation as per actuals + 5% GST
05 days or less before departure, 100% of the tour cost + rail/airfare cancellation as per actuals + 5% GST

Note : 100% cancellation fee applies, if the tour has already commenced

  • Departure from Mumbai

    Departure for Mulki from your respective destination. Kindly check railway timings, since they often change. (Kindly contact respective offices prior to railway booking)

  • Arrival in Mulki

    Arrival Mulki by early morning. Mulki comes after Udupi. Immediately by ANUBHAV’S AC mini buses proceed to hotel Pancharatna at Mudbidri. Morning free time. After lunch proceed to Annapurneshwari Temple at MUDBIDRI, Thousand Pillar Temple & Karkala Bahubali Statue. Dinner & overnight stay at Mudbidri.

  • Mudbidri - Coorg

    After breakfast, leave for Coorg. Reaching Coorg till lunch, where we will stay in Capitol Village. Evening local sightseeing, RAJA's seat and Omkareshwar Temple. Night stay at Coorg.

  • Coorg – Bhaga Mandala

    After breakfast proceeds to Tal- Cauvery (Birthplace of Cauvery river) Bhagamandala. Lunch at the hotel. Evening free time for shopping. Overnight stay at Coorg.

  • Coorg – Dubare Nature Camp/ Nisargdham

    Today we will visit to Dubare Nature Camp after that we will visit Nisargdham. Evening we will visit the famous Abbey Falls. Night stay at Coorg

  • Coorg – Hassan

    After breakfast we will visit one of the biggest Tibetan Monastery of India at Khushal Nagar and then we will proceed to Hassan. Lunch at Hoysala Village Resort. Evening free time. Overnight stay at Hassan.

  • Hassan – Belur - Halebidu

    After breakfast leave for BELUR – HALEBIDU, world famous ancient monuments, reaching Hoysala Village Resort for lunch. Evening free time. Overnight stay at Hassan.

  • Hassan – Manglore – Towards Mumbai / Pune / Hometown

    After an early breakfast proceed to Mangalore for return journey to Mumbai. Lunch at Mangalore. Departure to your respective destination.
