Booking Procedure

Step 1: As this would be a small group of 16 – 18 pax, we request you to block your seat by paying us a deposit amount of INR 50,000 per person + 5% GST, before the departure.
Step 2: The Advance amount of 100,000/- + $1000 per person +  GST 5% to be paid at the time of booking.
Step 3: INR 1,00,000/- + $3500 per person + GST 5% 90 days before departure.
Step 4: INR 70,000/- + $1050 per person + GST 5% 60 days before departure.

Applicants have to attend interview compulsory in Argentina consulate – Mumbai For visa purpose. For other consulates, Chile, Peru, and Brazil applicants may be called by the embassy for an interview only if any discrepancy in the documents occurs.

  • Buenos Aires

    Arrival by Emirates Airways flight at 1945 Hrs and transfer to the Hotel.

  • Buenos Aires – Delta Del Tigre – Buenos Aires

    In the morning after breakfast transfer to a half day tour of Delta del Tigre, which includes taking the famous coastline of the Atlantic and later boarding a catamaran to discover wonders of the Parana River, where you would observe the beautiful vacation homes on the delta. We will return back to Buenos Aires for lunch and then enjoy a city tour, where we will visit some of the important sights of the city including, Casa Rosada and driving through Plaza de Mayo. We will also visit the La Boca neighborhood. Evening is free to roam on the Florida Street, the Pedestrian Street near your Hotel.

  • Buenos Aires – Bariloche (Andes Mountain Range)

    After an early breakfast we will proceed to the airport to take a flight down south to San Carlos de Bariloche, the capital of the Lake District in the Argentinian Patagonia. The Air is cool as you arrive in the land of forests and mountains. The Nahuel Huapi Lake surrounds the town and our night stay will be on the shore of the blue waters. We will first take a chair lift to the Mt. Cathedral to enjoy the views of the surrounding from the top. Then our drive will take us to llao llao where more scenic beauty awaits us. We will make random stops on the way for pictures. The evening is ideally spent in the Hotel as you view the color of the lake changing.

  • Mount Tronador (between Argentina and Chile) – Bariloche (120kms – 8 hrs)

    Today if the weather is good we would be enjoying the best view of the Lake region of Argentina. We will drive on a rough road to the top of the Nahuel Huapi National park from where the foot of the Mt. Tronador an extinct Volcano is a few hundred meters. The Mt. Tronador is rich in Glaciers and some eight of them sit on its various faces. We will reach a height of 2500 + meters to observe this biggest peak in the Andes in this area from a close viewing point. Our Journey back will include stops on the way to observe the beautiful Andean scenery.

  • Bariloche – Angostura – Small Circuit of the Lakes (200 kms-10hours)

    This is the most scenic region of Argentina situated on the foothills of the Andes. Today we will drive to the outskirts of the town and into the heart of the Lake District. We will see many glacial lakes as we hit the gravel road. Our lunch stop will be on the beautiful town of Angostura. We will return back to Bariloche in the early evening and before we go to the hotel we will have some free time to shop in the town centre. Bariloche is famous for Argentinian Chocolates.

  • Bariloche – Puerto Varas (Lake Andean Crossing)(100 kms. Boating on 3 Glacial Lakes)

    At 7.30 am, our journey will take us through a combination of water and land travel. We will pass some of the most breath taking scenery of this region and overall of the continental South America. We will make the scenic crossing on three lakes, Nahuel Huapi, Lake Fria and Lake Todos los Santos. There will be immigration check when the border is crossed. Later in the evening we will arrive in Puerto Varas to enjoy a stay overlooking the Volcano and the Llanquhue Lake.

  • Puerto Varas – Frutillar – Puerto Montt – Puerto Varas (120 kms – 8 hrs)

    The morning is at leisure after an active earlier day. We will visit the local town of Frutillar where the German Museum displays the rich history of the entire Chilean Patagonia and especially the lake region where the German came and settled in the early 18th Century. Explore some of the local places around by foot and then drive to the local Capital of Puerto Montt. Here we will visit the Artesanal market and enjoy a lovely local lunch by the sea. In the evening return back to our hotel to enjoy the town of Puerto Varas on foot.

  • Puerto Varas – Santiago – Lima

    We will proceed to the airport to board the domestic flight first to Santiago and then spend 4 hours in Transit at the Santiago Airport before boarding the international flight to Lima. Arrive in Lima late in the evening and check in at the airport hotel.

  • Lima – Puerto Maldonado (Peruvian Amazon) – Amazon Reserve

    In the morning take a flight to the interior Jungle region of the massive Amazon. Puerto Maldonado is where the Tambopata and Madre de Dios rivers merge and this would be the start of our 2 day Amazon Adventure. We will sail on the Madre de Dios to reach the Jungle River Lodge for our two night stay. In the evening we have a walk to observe the nocturnal insects. There would also be boating on the river as the chances of spotting a caiman (aligator family) are good after sun set.

  • Amazon Reserve – Sandoval Lake Trip – Local Excursions

    You will have an option to enjoy various forest excursions depending on your physical abilities. One of the excursions is a walk to the Sandoval Lake where you might have the company of the Otters in the lake. In the afternoon we will have time to relax or take more of the excursions arranged by our forest guides. The lodge is located beautifully on the banks of the Madre de Dios, where you could just sit and enjoy the sunset.

  • Puerto Maldonado – Cusco (12500 ft above MSL) – Sacred Valley (9000 ft above MSL)

    Transfer to the airport to board the flight to Cusco. On our arrival in Cusco, we would drive to down to a much lower altitude to the Sacred Valley. Our hotel for the next two nights will be in Yucay a town on the banks of the Urubamba River. Sleeping at a lower altitude than Cusco is always better to wake up fresh to witness the magic of Machu Pichu.

  • Sacred Valley – Machu Picchu – Sacred Valley

    In the morning, transfer to the train station in the town of Ollantaytambo to leave by Vistadome train to Aguas Calientes, the base of Machu Pichu. The train journey is scenic and parallel to the gushing waters of the Urubamba. Once in Aguas Calientes, we will take the bus to the entrance of the ruins of Machu Picchu where the guided tour will start.

  • Sacred Valley – Cusco (120 kms – 3 hours)

    In the morning after visiting the Market of Pisac, we will proceed to Cusco. On arrival in Cusco, we will visit the Central Square and the Cathedral. After lunch, we will visit the most important temple in the Inca Empire, Qorikancha. The evening is free to wander the streets of Cusco which in spite of being touristy is very charming.

  • Cusco – Juliaca – Puno(15,000 Ft Above MSL) – Uros Islands – Lima

    After breakfast we will proceed to the airport to board the flight to Juliaca, the gateway to Puno. On landing in Juliaca after a short flight we will drive to Puno. The Titicaca lake at an altitude of 15,200 ft above sea level is the highest navigable lake on the planet and our main attraction on this lake is a visit to the floating reed islands of Uros. The local Ayamara language speaking people will welcome us to their island and will brief us on the way of life on these islands. The Titicaca has a surface area of 8200 Sq kms and is divided into Peru and Bolivia. After boating on Titicaca, we will visit the local market in Puno and see the many varieties of quinoa, the protein rich export of Peru. We only arrive late night into Lima from Juliaca.

  • Lima at Leisure

    It is important to relax today with a city tour that takes you through both historical and modern Lima. We will visit the Gold Museum where the gold of the Inca’s is displayed. We will also visit the Cathedral Square and observe the unique architecture of the colonial buildings here.

  • Lima – Paracas (280 kms – 4 hours)

    In the morning after a leisurely breakfast we will drive down south on the Pacific coast, to the town of Chincha which is the birth place of the national drink of Peru, Pisco. We will visit a local winery where we will have a tasting session of Pisco. In the late afternoon we will arrive in Paracas, where our hotel is beautifuly located on the shores of the Paracas Bay of the Pacific Ocean. Evening is best enjoyed watching the sunset.

  • Paracas – Ballestas Islands – Lima

    In the morning visit the Ballestas Islands (the southern neighbours of the Galapagos in Ecuador) to see the beautiful flora and fauna like the Penguins, Sea Lions and the Marine Birds. In the afternoon enjoy lunch at a seafood restaurant (vegetarians would be catered to). Later proceed back to Lima for an overnight stay.

  • Lima – Foz Do Iguazu (Brazil)

    After breakfast we will board the flight to Foz do Iguazu. After arrival we will proceed to check in our hotel in the town of Foz Do Iguazu in Brazil. Enjoy a traditional Brazilian Dinner.

  • Foz do Iguazu – Argentinian Side of Falls – Ride on the water (Argentinean Side)

    Today we would need to cross the border twice and therefore passports are needed to be carried. We will arrive on the Argentinian side of the falls and start with the train ride to the ‘Devils Throat’ station. The walkway will take us to the edge of the falls where water drop is at its most powerful and thats why this section is called the Devils Throat. We will also witness other waterfalls on both the upper and lower circuit of the falls. The most exciting part of the day will come when you would get into a speed boat and go under the falls to get soaking wet. At the end of the day we will drive back to Foz in Brazil.

  • Foz Do Iguazu – Rio de Janeiro

    The Iguassu falls are one of the new seven natural wonders of the world. The view from the Brazilian side is different than that which we witness from Argentina. On the Brazilian side there is a long walk- way along the canyon with an extension to the lower base of the Devils Throat, which today would be actually visible as we would be facing it. After lunch we will head to the airport to board a flight to Rio de Janeiro. The evening is free to enjoy a walk on the famous Copa Cabana beach.

  • Rio de Janeiro

    In the morning after breakfast, we will visit the Sugarloaf Mountain taking a cable car to the top. We can enjoy breathtaking views of the Copa Cabana beach from here as well as the rest of the city. In the Evening visit the Corcovado, from where it is possible to admire the most famous icon of the city, a white Christ or which is also known as the Christ De Redeemer. Later we will proceed to the airport late night in order to get ready for our flight back home.

  • Rio de Janeiro – Dubai – Mumbai/ India

    From the Rio De Janeiro airport we will board the Emirates Airways flight back to India at 0305 hrs. This flight arrives in Dubai at 2245 on the same day. We will then check in for the next Emirates flight to Mumbai which departs at 0355hrs.

Brazil Embassy may call the applicant for an interview if any discrepancy in documents occurs. 

Indian citizens holding a visa for at least six months or a permanent resident status in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or any Schengen State. The document stipulates that Indian nationals shall enter Peru visa free for a stay of up to 180 days, either for a continuous visit or several consecutive visits, within a 12-month period.
