As an Operations Executive in the travel industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's smooth & efficient functioning of various operational aspects. You will be responsible for managing & optimizing operations to enhance customer satisfaction, and streamline processes.
Job Profile: Operations Executive
Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships monitor performance and resolve any operational issues or disputes with Vendors in a timely manner.
Present findings to senior management, highlighting areas of success and recommending strategies for improvement.
Excellent communications and collaboration skills.
Requirements
Experience between 2 to 4 years only in International Operations.
Bachelors degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management within the travel industry.
Excellent problem-solving & analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.
