As a Senior Operations Manager in the travel industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's smooth & efficient functioning of various operational aspects. You will be responsible for managing & optimizing operations to enhance customer satisfaction, and streamline processes.

Job Profile: Operations Executive

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
Establish & maintain relationships monitor performance Resolve any operational issues or disputes with Vendors in a timely manner.
Present findings to senior management, highlighting areas of success and recommending strategies for improvement.
Excellent leadership skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Experience between 4 - 8 years only in International Operations.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management within the travel industry.
Excellent problem-solving & analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Location: Mumbai
